Maintenance is due on the first of each month. It may be paid via check or ClickPay. Checks should be made payable to 415 Argyle Road Corporation. Any fees associated with bank transfer or the use of ClickPay are the responsibility of the shareholder.
Ownership at 415 Argyle Road may qualify shareholders to receive an annual NYC Cooperative Tax Abatement. In order to qualify, shareholders must meet the following requirements:
Owners must have purchased the unit on or before January 5 to qualify for the abatement for the upcoming tax year. If the unit was purchased after January 5, you can apply for the next tax year.
The co-op unit must be the owner's primary residence.
Shareholders must notify the building's managing agent in writing that the unit is their primary residence in order to receive the abatement.

The School Tax Relief (STAR) program provides eligible homeowners in New York State with relief on their property taxes. Shareholders of 415 Argyle Road may qualify for the STAR programs (Basic and Enhanced) if they meet the eligibility requirements.
